Insight is a journaling and reflection app that allows users to capture thoughts, insights, and reflections. The app is provided by Acta Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The Insight app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Acta Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acta Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
